  • INTERNAL ANALYSIS AND SETUP DEFINITION

    The Smart Working Accelerator enables high customization capabilities and connects through Api to the platforms already in use within the company. This allows for complete operational usage, from sourcing of people for work teams, to the implementation of operational activities up to the payment of external collaborators.

    As a first step, the platforms in use, the processes and the business areas that can be reorganized in a Smart way will be mapped, as well as the main business structures and profile characteristics.

    This information will be useful for the storage of data within the platform.

  • PLATFORM CUSTOMIZATION AND INTEGRATION WITH ENTERPRISE SOFTWARE

    The platform will then be customized with the corporate look and feel in order to allow a quick and intuitive navigation as per the corporate habits.

    Each business platform will be integrated in order to be connected with a single sign on and to avoid double compilations and burdens of routine activities by the company’s staff. If necessary, artificial intelligence’s performance criteria will be modified, or specific functionalities necessary to the organizational context will be introduced.

  • TESTING

    The platform so designed will be tested by our team or together with the customer’s team, so that we can fix the bugs and any sub-optimal functionalities.

    Therefore, the release will be considered effective only after the customer’s approval. At the end of this phase a user guide, an administrator’s guide and a regulation of the organizational model from which to draw inspiration for internal communication will be realized.

  • PREPARATION OF COMMUNICATION MATERIALS FOR INTRA-COMPANY LAUNCH

    A good launch of the platform ready to successfully tackle organizational change needs an adequate internal communication plan. This plan is aimed at tailoring the initiative in a correct and impactful way, establishing the internal communication channels, the message and the actual recipients, possibly differentiating the message and the communication tool according to the type of interlocutor.

    Our work teams have high competencies and technical specifications in strategic communication, video making, multimedia material production, copywriting, web design, social media management, etc.

  • CASCADE STAFF TRAINING

    Corporate training experts will support you in setting up a “drop-down” training plan. In this way potentially all staff can receive the material and discuss it with the trainers, so as to receive precise feedback that will then feed a specific section of q&a and will be discussed with internal HRteam.
  • LET’S START!

    The start-up in the use of the platform in plenary mode or preceded by a pilot phase requires the support of one of our project managers, who deeply knows the platform and the organizational model we want to implement.

    This support will be maintained for the entire duration of the contract through the sharing of specific SLAs. In the start-up phase, the company teams that generally oversee the strategic activities of innovation, budget allocation and purchase of external services will be connected.

  • INTERVENTION ON INCENTIVE SYSTEM

    For a better and more widespread use of the platform it may be useful, if possible in the company context, to intervene on the incentive system or in the modification of the company contract also forsubordinate personnel.

    This would make it possible to connect the organizational processes allowed by the Smart Working Accelerator with the company’s economic incentives and/or with the processes of personnel evaluation and management.

  • FEEDBACK AND CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

    The platform allows a monitoring of its usage and a detection of the activities actually carried out by the members. This feedback triggers a process of technology improvement for the release of further applications.
